Hidekuni Takagi
Born in Tokyo in 1976. After graduating from Waseda University’s School of Commerce, he pursued a career as a professional musician. He later worked in real estate brokerage before joining the family business, Takagi Building, becoming its third-generation president. Guided by the philosophy of “creating new value in real estate,” he oversees everything from design and development to management and operation of office buildings, residences, and coworking spaces in central Tokyo. He also pushes beyond traditional real estate boundaries—driving collaborative projects with entrepreneurs, hands-on support programs, regional revitalization with local governments, and joint ventures with other industries to create new social value.
